OMEN by HP 15-dc1621nd
Microsoft Windows 11

when trying to update command center to use the network boost and performance control options it asks me to update and make sure i am on latest windows and any optional updates, which i am.
then after reaching 99% a 2 new windows pop up one saying copying files with a prgressbar stuck at 0% trying to copy from an non existant directory the other window asks if i can provide a path to rtf64x64.sys which i can't as i have no idea what to do,  when i choose cancel the update goes through and i can use the network boost and preformance control screens as usual but my network driver stops working i can still connect to wifi but not the internet also ethernet cabels do not work anymore, i had to use a system recovery point to get back online before the update so i could write this message , this problem also accured when i bought a new victus laptop and replaced the ssd and reinstalled omen, same outcome then i send back the device thinking it was the device itself but it seems like the problem is not issolated to that instance

Please execute Windows Update to latest version and all optional updates (especially to install “Realtek - Net - xx.xx.xxx.xxxx” and “HP Inc. - SoftwareComponent - x.xx.xxxx.x”), then restart.
