After updating omen, it won't open. I tried uninstalling and redownloading.
A message that shows up SOMETIMES when I restart my computer and try to open omen is that omen is "finishing up downloading and should be ready in a few moments" by the Microsoft store.
The control panel doesn't acknowledge that omen is an app that is in the system.
More info: It looks like omen is not able to install properly... omen shows that it is installed but not actually an app that can be uninstalled in the control panel. The omen command mobile app that I connected to my computer was unable to detect "omen host" when using remote launch.

I reviewed your post and I understand that the Omen command center app is not working after Windows update.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
What is the exact model of your computer?
I recommend you uninstall the Omen command center app and then download and install it from Microsoft store and check if it helps.
