OMEN Transcend 14 inch Gaming Laptop PC 14-fb0000 (8U970AV)

Hello,

I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding my HP Omen TRANSCEND laptop Serial No.: [edited]

Case number: which has developed a no power issue within just 3 months of purchase.

The sequence of events is as follows:

The laptop suddenly stopped powering on.

I raised a service request, and the HP service team replaced the motherboard.

Unfortunately, the issue was not resolved even after the motherboard replacement.

Now, the service team will attempt a second round of repairs,

I purchased this laptop as a premium device, and it is extremely disappointing to face such major hardware failures in under 3 months. A repeated major repair for a brand-new laptop is not acceptable, and this points to a manufacturing defect.

I have cooperated fully with the first repair attempt, but since the issue persists and a second major repair is now planned, I am requesting a replacement unit as per HP’s policy and standard consumer protection rights.

I kindly urge the HP escalation/moderation team to escalate this case for replacement at the earliest. Please treat this as a priority.

Thank you for your attention.

I look forward to a quick and fair resolution.
