I have bought hp omen 15 dc1088nr , with i7 9750H and rtx 2060, i found it throttling all way for gaming consistently 1 hour , the temps are 97C ,please help me with this.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
I recommend you update the BIOS and the graphics driver from the below link and check if it helps.
