Product: Omen 15 dc1088nr
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have bought hp omen 15 dc1088nr , with i7 9750H and rtx 2060, i found it throttling all way for gaming consistently 1 hour , the temps are 97C ,please help me with this.

I reviewed your post and I understand that the computer is overheating.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

I recommend you update the BIOS and the graphics driver from the below link and check if it helps.

Graphics: https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp99501-100000/sp99570.exe

 

Graphics Power Control IC firmware: https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp95001-95500/sp95380.exe
