Omen 15 Gaming laptop Boot Device Not Found (3F0)

There's a huge amount of issues that led up to this issue so I'll go ahead explain
I was playing monster hunter world enjoying my time until I had my crash blue screen of death my first issue stop code I got that I searched and tried to find the issue to was

Stop code: irql_not_less_or_equal

What failed: storport.sys

I couldnt even get past my loading screen without freezing so then my issue turned into
Startup Repair- Startup Repair couldn't repair your PC

Log file: C:\WINDOWS\System32\Logfiles\Srt\SrtTrail.txt

Alright? now I'm majorly confused I search for this error and try doing stuff to solve that and now my errors turned into I cant even open my pc without getting to the screen

Hard Disk - (3F0)
There was a button under this that took me to HP PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI
Processor Test Passed
Memory Test Passed
Storage Test Error No Storage Installed
Power Tests N/A
System Board Test Passed


I don't really have the money to go get it fixed so I've come here I REALLY need help

The solution I tried to fixing it I cant even get to when I try to get to my bios going to esc/f10 it takes me to a bios but its not the bios I see in everyone's videos its the Omen setup utility and I cant find any answers on this please this is so urgent I really need help

Not exactly sure how to update bios through here... This is a guide I tried following but it doesn't make sense in here.
