Hello,

Have an Omen 15-en0013dx

Is there any way to customize keyboard's backlit according to my wish? Specific keys to have specific colors. For example:

ESC key - RED
F1 to F12 keys - GREEN
Arrows keys - ORANGE
The rest - VIOLET etc.

I didn't find any such option on Omen Gaming Hub!

I was checking a couple of details about the keyboard you are using and looks like you are correct. The option you are looking for isn't available for your keyboard.

Thanks for your time and your help.

 

I followed the link, but this had to do with HP Omen Control Utility which I can't find where to download. I believe this software has been replaced with Omen Gaming Hub. Can you confirm this?

 

I was thinking that my request would be resolved if we were dealing with an per-key RGB keyboard. I'm afraid that this type of laptop is not equipped with this type of keyboard.  Otherwise there is no explanation, that all the options in Omen Light Studio are working normal, except the Interactive one, which request per-key RGB Keyboard.

 

Please correct me if I'm wrong. I wish I was wrong. 😀

You will need the HP Support Assistant to use the Omen Command Center. If HPSA is installed then run it and see if you pick up any updates for your PC.

 

Once the updates are done, please check and look for the command center and try the steps.

Ok, I installed HPSA, did an update, but nothing came out! Meaning that my PC is updated.

Next scheduled check: 9/7/2022
 
No way in Omen Gaming Hub to change the color on specific keys! Only with zones. Still I believe it has to do with keyboard type, which is a simple keyboard, not per-key RGB.  That's why I can't find macro support too!
