My mousepad works fine yet is slanted - the left side dips down and the gap is noticeable visibly and by touch.
My backslash (\) key works but keeps getting loose. It is also slanted. I have taken it off and put it back in but it always slanted and often gets loose by itself. My laptop is brand new (not even 3 weeks old) and I take great care not to damage it in anyway. I noticed this just a few days ago.
Should I be concerned about the mousepad? And where can I get a key replacement for my backslash?

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I understand that Mousepad and Keys are not working correctly.
This sounds like hardware related issue with the Mousepad and keyboard in order to fix this issue, your computer needs to be serviced. As we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now.
