Hello,

I have an omen 15 (2021 model) and while I was using it for gaming, it suddenly turned off and won't start again, the small power indicator light also doesn't turn on even when plugged, I'm sure that the charger works as I have tested it on another laptop and it worked fine. I tried removing the battery (internal) and putting it back again after holding the power button for a minute and the problem persists. Please help as I'm having exams soon and all my work is in it. Thank you
