Omen 15 heating problem while Simple Using :(

Hey HP Support,

i having issue in my OMEN by HP Laptop 15-dc0xxx  Product No : 4PS40EA#A2N

i just buy 2 week ago Form Sudia rabia with 2 Year warranty.

but sir am facing heating issue kindly when i use normal  in omen commond center they Temp:63C just in browser using and when i play PUBP they fan moving fast and Temp Move upto 70+ , kindly am i have no idea how to manage , please help me

am also update my BIOS , now i have latest BIOS but my Temp is same. kindly please help

tell me what's normal temp for My Laptop at Simple Using

am student and not afford able more i have already spend 1000+ USD in SAR

so please help me and Reply ASAP

After Update BIOS they normal move on Temp: 70+ C  without gaming kindly any one know how to manage please help me

If a bios update is making your system run hotter than it was before, you need to contact HP Support and let them deal with this. Bios updates are tricky and upgrading and downgrading them can be very risky and could cause a permanent failure if something goes wrong during the process.

hey sir can you tell me please norml temp of hp omen when we just browser, i have contact with support they help me lot but

i don't know what is temp of norml temp when we just simple using browser

Hard to answer, but if your ambient room temperature is cool and you are only running a browser, typically your CPU shouldn't run more that 40's or even 50'ish sometimes on a laptop (unless the browser is running a game).

I would ask the Support tech about reverting the bios back via USB, but that you need to know what they say. You should be covered under warranty. But if you are not under warranty, I would be hesitant.

Thanks sir for reply yes i just buy 2 week ago and it's also under warranty , support also help me they complete updates in my laptop now it's normal when idel process they show 46 47 C when i browser now am working laptob last 2 hour and they show 51 C hope it's fine right sir ...?

i have HP OMEN 15

with 8 GB RAM

 GTX 1050

1 TB hard with 16 GB optonl Memory

they show me some time 48 and uptop 55 C it's fine ...? for my laptop life

sorry for week english hope you understand

now am using normal and they show this result : http://prntscr.com/ojc7ad and move some time 55 or 60 at browser and also at game but not upto 75 at gaming i don't need to worry about this ..?

If your temperatures are staying around 75-80 while gaming but not higher, your machine is doing quite well and very well compared to others here on the forum.  You are good to go.
