Hello,

 

Ever since getting this laptop it has been running very slowly. I just completed a UserBenchmark test and it shows just how poorly everything is performing. I will put the results below.  I was wondering if there is any way I could fix any of these problems, or if the laptop is done for. 

 

UserBenchmarks: Game 3%, Desk 58%, Work 3%
CPU: Intel Core i7-7700HQ - 70.7%
GPU: Intel HD Graphics 630 - 4.2%
HDD: HGST Travelstar 7K1000 2.5" 1TB - 21%
RAM: Kingston HP26D4S9S8MH-8 1x8GB - 30.6%
MBD: HP OMEN by HP Laptop 15-ce0xx
