Omen 16 RGB Keyboard Not Working

Hi all,

I received my OMEN 16 today (OMEN Gaming Laptop 16-inch n0089AX) and when I purchased it the images said that it had RBG keyboard. The Omen Lighting studio does not work and it says that my device isn't supported, the product sale page says that it has a one zone-backlit keyboard. I have reinstalled the light studio and reset it multiple times and it has still said the same thing.

The current backlight on the keyboard is white. How can I turn it onto the RGB? I understand if it is not customisable but my previous laptop, OMEN 15 had a static coloured keyboard in RBG.

which says it ONLY has a Full-size, 1-zone white backlit, mica silver keyboard and 26-Key Rollover Anti-Ghosting Key technology therefore the Omen Lighting Studio won't work.

Not all HP Omen machines have this option. My older (61 months old now) does have a Full-size 4-zone lighting backlit keyboard with numeric keypad and NKRO
