Product: OMEN 17.3 inch Gaming Laptop PC 17-ck1000 (509V8AV)

Hello i have a New Omen 17 ck1020nr Model 63J07UA laptop. I wanted to upgrade my RAM from 16gb DDR5 4800 to 64gb DDR5 4800.

I am having issues after upgrading the ram i have tried 2 deferent brands already Corsair & Crucial (Both DDR5 4800) . After installing the ram sticks i press power on and it remains in black screen. I have tried Single 32gb sticks and both sticks and switching them around and nothing. Will only boot up with my old ones. What can i do to fix this issue?

 

Ive seen people online with the same Model Upgrade to 64gb using the exact RAM sticks i have. After using the cmd to see what my max was for my mother board it says max of 32gb but why doesnt it work when i use single 32gb sticks?
