Hi all,

I bought a new Omen 17 laptop less than two weeks ago.  I think I maybe didn't notice this due to the default backdrop being all coloured swirls but on booting today I noticed these marks behind the screen.  It has not been damaged or dropped at all and I'm a tad concerned.  It's not noticeable on a white screen (likely for obvious reasons) but it looks ugly on a black screen and surely is a problem.

Can anybody advise?

Do you have this error also on an external monitor (vga/hdmi) ?
Yes) it is a GPU error
No) Screen Matrix Error
