HP OMEN 15-dc0051nr
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I've updated RealTek audio drivers on my laptop, and when it rebooted, OMEN audio control disappeared. There's no OMEN audio control on my OMEN laptop, not even under Band and Olufsen Audio or any other names I've tried. On another post was an issue about OMEN audio control that people were solving by updating RealTek drivers, but my Audio Control disappeared entirely.

Hi,

Try reinstalling the Realtek HD Audio software package on the following link.

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp88501-89000/sp88578.exe

When this has completed, restart the notebook.

Regards,
