OMEN 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop PC 15-en1008ax (2L1F2AV)
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Specs:

Display: 1440x2560p 165Hz

CPU: Ryzen 7 5800H

GPU: Nvidia RTX 3060

RAM: 2x8gb (DDR4 3200MHz)

Internal Storage: 1TB PCIe 3.0 SSD

Issue 1:

Whenever I connect my headphones to the 3.5mm headphone jack, a weird static noise is audible. I noticed that when my left palm is not resting on the left side of the touchpad the vibration causes the static noise. Furthermore, I can't manage to find any built-in microphone (input audio) for Realtek. The laptop speaker sounded substandard at volume higher than 70 in the volume level adjustment.

Issue 2:

I know that this model doesn't come with a built in MUX switch. So I have tried booting into the BIOS but I don't seem to get any results on this. One of the solutions I found online is to debloat the Nvidia Driver by installing from NVSlimmer so that the Optimus Support option is accessible. But because this is done via a third party software, I do understand the risks.

Or is it completely safe to use NVSlimmer.

Issue 3:

Uninstalled apps downloaded from the Microsoft Store previously are appearing in the Start Menu. This is so irritating because the built in bloatware that I would like to uninstall doesn’t uninstall properly. My experience with Windows 10 is disappointing as the past 3 Windows 10 laptop I owned all have issues.

Is there any way to reset my laptop to the manufacturer settings? The BIOS, Windows version and drivers i.e. in optimal factory settings.
