(2) Reboot and test again ...
(3) Please send screenshots before you start the cleaner and explain what you are doing, step by step ...

Hello,
I updated the BIOS and did the tests again without any failures, all passed.
Regarding the step by step; I just open the gaming hub app, go to the cleaner page and press scan. It starts normally but when it reach 66% it get stuck.

(1) Reboot first
(2) Use CCleaner to clean your system (temporary files)
- Download from: https://www.ccleaner.com/
- Install
- Run
- Clean
(3) Reboot after CCleaner is done
(4) Test Omen Cleaner again ...
