Im afraid I dont follow. The HP recovery will reinstall everything as it was at purchase. Drivers and anything you added after that will have to be added again or updated.
Is the Omen Command Center installed now?
What is missing exactly?
Also, are you out of warranty now?

I have warranty about 13 months left but I don't have time because warranty center is far away from my home. Now its says recovery uncompleted and in the cmd screen its saying "The system cannot find the drive specified" for 6 times. When I click "try again" its saying "access denied" for 2 times in cmd screen and restarting the computer.

I have NO Idea whats going on with your system as Im not there to see it. So I have to rely on you to tell me whats happening.
And do far, I cannot understand what you mean.
Did you ever install Windows from the Microsoft ISO? If you did, you wiped out the HP recovery manager.
IF you never did this, you should be able to either create the USB recovery stick, or at least be able to run an F11 Recovery at power on.
So which is it that you can do???

I can run Windows Recovery
I didn't install windows from any usb or iso
I tried the HP Recovery Manager but can't click to System Recovery. I posted this problem I waited short time but its was going late and i reset the computer from windows settings. All completed without any issue. I did all update and tried the OCC but network booster didn't work and i saw your alternative way for System Recovery and i tried this in F11 like you said. It was like fine but finally its gave an error in administrator user. Error was on cmd "system cannot find the drive specified" and i click try again then cmd said "access denied" for 2 times then computer restart. Its giving this error every restart. I did reset from F11(not Hp Recovery Manager) this completed without any issue but windows came with no hp softwares or any program that was completly clear windows then I tried couple times Hp Recovery Manager but its giving same error every try. Now i reset the bios settings and trying the Hp recovery again.

Im not sure what is happening. Im having a hard time following you.
If you ran the recovery from F11, that should take you to the HP Recovery Manager.
Question...
Can you see this....
Go to Start and look under H.
Find HP Help and Support and select it.
Look for HP Recovery Manager. If its there, click on it.
Does that give you an error?
IF yes, let me know. There is a problem. I think using Windows recovery and not HP recovery wiped the connection to the recovery partition.
If not, Open it and look for Reinstall Drivers and applications.
Click on Continue and give it permission
You will see a list of HP drivers and probrams to install.
