Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I launch the OCC from the button, it launches and it gives me an error message saying - Pipe Connect Failed - and once I click OK no strats show up. Any ideas why this may be?

Thanks for taking an interest in the HP Support Forums After reading your post I see that you require assistance with Omen Command Center not working correctly. It will be a delight to assist you here.

Superb analysis and brilliant diagnosis of the issue before posting. Kudos to you on that score. 🙂

 

For better clarity and to assist you better I would require more information regarding this.

  • Did this happen after a Software or Windows update?

For now please try these steps:

  • Uninstall the Omen Command Center from control panel- programs and features.
  • Then restart the computer.
  • Later download the latest Omen Command Center Software from this link: http://hp.care/2A1YdSq and install it on your computer.
  • This should fix the issue.
  • Please check this link: http://hp.care/2A2qhF1 on its features (Features of the OMEN Command Center)

Please perform all these steps patiently as it is critical to resolving the issue. The trick is to remain patient, Going by your technical expertise and competence I am sure you will be able to perform these steps without breaking a sweat. 🙂

I have the same problemm with @xxavatarxx so I did whatever you say in your commend but nothing changed and my command button doesn't work anymore

Please help. It's been 3 months like this.
