OMEN Laptop - 15-ek0023dx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I keep trying to get the omen command center to open, but its just stuck at the loading screen.  I've tried to uninstall and reinstall it.  I've tried installing the driver and sdk that I've seen on these forums, rebooting, reinstalling, rebooting again and the software still won't load.  Has anyone had any luck with it?

I finally figured out where to go. C:\Users\{user}\AppData\Local\HP_Inc

and deleted the folders that look like this  HP.Omen.OmenCommandCenter_Url and OmenCommandCenterBackgrou_Url_

The xml in these folders doesn't look correct.

I restarted the omen gaming hub and everything seemed to work.  So that could be a workaround.  It's a bug that needs to be fixed.

OCC is no longer available, please use Windows Store, search for Omen Gaming Hub and Get (install) it to your machine.

No, there aren't any error messages.  I don't even know where to find any logs for it to see if I can find what the actual problem is.

That software download didn't work either.  Its still stuck on the loading screen.

Just reinstalling the app may not work. You can try uninstall the Omen gaming hub from control panel totally .then install it from MS store again.

Yes, I've tried that.  The software still is stuck on the loading screen when it starts up.

THere was a software update the other day, and it worked immediately after that was installed, but now, every since then, it still gets stuck on the loading screen.  I've tried uninstalling it again, then reinstalling it from the microsoft store.  I've uninstalled the system event utility as well.  But nothing works.  They software just never loads up. Now my keyboard is an ugly yellow color on it and I can't change it b/c this software never loads.  Is there any logging I can see where I can tell what the issue might be?
