OMEN by HP Laptop 15-dc0xxx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Basically i have windows version 19041 ,and every time i update my windows to a good version i reset it

Now my omen command center doesn't work like it should ,i tried the windows store version it works and i get this message every time it starts Screenshot (2).png

I do have the latest BIOS version which is installed Screenshot (3).png

I only use the command center for changing my keyboard lights now there is no lighting tab to be seen Screenshot (4).png

and when i try to install the omen command center sdk provided by hp (in the auto detect site) it just fails and says my computer will be restarted in a minute ,once back in nothing is added

Any help??

Does your machine have 4-zone colors (similar to the following image):

     OCC zone.png

If not, the Lighting option/feature is not available for your machine

That is the problem. Now, please

(a) Run Windows updates to get up-to-date patches,

(b) Using HPSA to install all missing software,

(c) Uninstall OCC and use Windows Store to Get OCC again.

Regards.
