So my omen key for the command center has stopped working, and ive looked around but couldn't find anything.... so can you help me

I´'m having the same issue, the Command Center app starts but stays stuck in the black screen that say geeky phrases. I´ve called the support vía phone but the guy couldn't find any solution. IS there any alternative for the OCC to control the keyboard lighting and the fans?

Please uninstall the HP omen control center from the control panel and restart

 

Next download the Omen Command center from Microsoft Store

The app does not appear on the panel control section, I can only uninstall it from the start menu
