Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

I would be glad to help you with the issue you are facing today.

Let's try these steps -

Hard Reset:

1) Shutdown the computer.

2) Unplug all the Adapter and peripherals connected.

3) Remove the Battery. ( not for Built-in Battery computer )

4) Press and hold down the power button for 15 to 20 seconds.

5) Plug-in the Adapter and put the Battery back into the computer if it's a (removable battery)

6) Try to turn on the computer and check, If the issue persists, simply uninstall and reinstall Omen command centre.

Firstly, install the HP System Event Utility: Click here which enables special function keys, Next, Install OMEN Command Center SDK Package: Click here

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.

Because those laptops dont overclock. There is no unlocked cpu installed.

Even if there were, the laptop could not handle the heat generated.

Overclocking in the Omen Command Center only appears on certain Desktop PCs and a few Omen X laptops.

HP says on specification Omen 15-dc0037tx support DDR4-2666,

and my Crucial Ballistix Memory DDR4 support 2666.

but when I test with CPU-Z, it only on 2400

I've read on this forum, it can be solve using OCC ( Omen Command Center ) with Overclock / Memory menu :generic:

can HP explain about that, thx

I'm sorry if my english not good enough ... :generic:
