Product: Omen 15-dc0008ne
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop not showing some features in the command center such as overclocking and lighting control for the keyboard.

 

The command center is updated.

 

Any idea what could be the issue?

System Vitals, Network Booster, Performance Control, Comfort Mode and Game Stream (Host).

 

No overclocking or lighting control.
