Omen Control doesn't work

Omen 15-5012TX
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My Omen Control doesn't work, I tried change the lighting colors but it's not working, I select the lighting zone and a new color but my keyboard still red.

Please use Windows Store to update OCC. The Lighting function/option may be removed UNLESS your machine has 4-zone colors keyboard. For example

On my windows store and my Omen app don't have a Update button, my Omen Command center just have "MY GAMES" and "REMOTE PLAY"Screenshot (2).pngScreenshot (3).png

Please click Launch.. From my machine (version 9.8.6.0)

Please uninstall OCC and install again:

 

(a) Hit Win key,

(b) Scroll down to OCC, right click, select Uninstall

(c) Use Windows Store to install again.

I did, and when I click to Launch show this message, but I don't know why. Because my Omen laptop have support for keyboard lighting.Screenshot (4).png
