OMEN 17.3 inch Gaming Laptop PC 17-ck1000 (509W4AV)

Hello.

For past few days I have been struggling with my Omen Laptop. For some reason fans randomly like to stop, start again and then stop. Sometimes after restarting the laptop I get 90B fan error. I have cleaned the laptop on the inside ( literally each possible vent and fan ), I have applied new thermal paste, checked everything, reinstalled the gaming hub, then did factory reset.

After doing the factory reset it runs smoothly so I decided to run a benchmark on it in a Balanced Power mode. Everything was fine so I decided to see what will happen if I turn on the Performance Power mode. I stopped the benchmark, changed the modes and ran the software again. As soon as I switched it to Performance mode, the fans went instantly to 4600RPM, then Omen Gaming Hub detected them for a second to spin apparently at 10,000RPM ( definitely incorrect information ) and after that fans instantly stopped. I have switched power mode back to Balanced, restarted the laptop and it all works just fine for now.

Now, I can only think of three reason why it would happen. 1 Omen Gaming Hub has some sort of a bug, 2 windows update collides with Omen Gaming Hub maybe and that causes the problem, 3 it might be the actual fan issue. The only issue with number 3 is that I managed to run the laptop on 4600RPM for several hours while editing and playing games two days ago ( that is after the issues already occurred ) and the next day it just turned the laptop on and it overheat while having only google chrome open and lightroom ( keep in mind lightroom was minimized ).

Does anyone have similar or same issue? It is pretty annoying to fight overheating all the time and fan control.

The specification of the laptop are:

i9-12900h, 2500 Mhz, 14 cores

Nvidia GeForce RTX 3080 Ti

32GB Ram

If you need any more information let me know, happy to provide them.
