OMEN Laptop - 15-ek0019nr
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a problem with Omen Gaming Hub every time I start my laptop I have Omen Gaming Hub running in my background, and it consumes some resources and causes my fan to start fast-spinning mode. How do I solve this problem? and also I can't use Omen Gaming Button on my keyboard too. I would appreciate for any help 🙏

Hi@rionse09,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

I reviewed your post and I understand that the computer is overheating and keyboard setting issue.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

I would like to inform you that 90C is normal on the gaming computer. I recommend you use the Omen command center to change the settings which suit your needs.

I would suggest you refer to the support documents as this will help you in resolving the issue.

Let's start off by updating the Bios, Chipset, and graphics card drivers on your PC from our HP support website, using this link.

Also, download and install HP support assistant on your PC. It should automatically download and install the latest updates and drivers for your PC.
