Hello, I'd like to know a fix for the omen gaming hub.
-The app loads normally and then suddenly disappears, however it actually works in the control panel:

I also tried installing the SDK Package,

OMEN Gaming Hub SDK Package

but when I do, it installs it, everything finishes like a normal installation and a pop-up from Windows comes out, saying "Your computer will shut down in a minute" and after the restart, when I search for the Gaming hub, it seems like it never installed.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, You can use OMEN Gaming Hub to optimize performance and customize OMEN laptops, desktops, and accessories. Different features are available depending on your system.

 

Although OMEN Gaming Hub is available for download on all computers running the Windows 11 or Windows 10 operating system, the specific features available depend on the HP OMEN computer or accessory associated to the profile.

 

Please refer the link and follow the steps to Install OMEN Gaming Hub

Hi, There is new OMEN Software and SDK package on line, please follow steps below to update/install:

  1. Go to Microsoft Store to update your all OMEN Software, including “OMEN Gaming Hub”, “OMEN Light Studio” or “OMEN Oasis” to the latest.
  2. Execute Windows Update to latest version and all optional updates (especially to install "Realtek - Net - xx.xx.xxx.xxxx"), then restart.
  3. Launch “HP Support Assistant”, check for updates for the “OMEN Gaming Hub SDK Package”. Follow the on-screen instructions to update the app.
  4. In OMEN Gaming Hub, click Update if update message shown in each feature page.
  5. Please install this package: https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp143501-144000/sp143720.exe, then restart.
