Hello,
I have installed the Omen Gaming Hub, but the Booster and CLeaner are not working. After I select Scan in cleaner it just says cleaning and nothing happens. Also at the Booste when I select Manual Boost nothing happens also. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, its the same. Also tried repair and reset app, but still they are not working. Anyone can help please?

Here are some troubleshooting steps to address the issues you're experiencing with the Omen Gaming Hub's Optimizer (Cleaner) and Booster tools.
Check for Omen Gaming Hub Updates
- Open the Microsoft Store.
- Go to Library and check for updates for the Omen Gaming Hub.
- Ensure you have the latest version installed.
Verify System Requirements
- Ensure your OMEN by HP 45L Gaming Desktop PC meets all requirements for these features.
- Some functionalities of the Omen Gaming Hub might depend on specific hardware or drivers.
Install HP Support Assistant
- Download and install the HP Support Assistant to ensure all drivers, BIOS, and firmware are up-to-date.
Check Windows Permissions
- Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > App Permissions.
- Ensure the Omen Gaming Hub has necessary permissions, such as access to storage, diagnostics, or background app usage.
Clear Cache of Omen Gaming Hub
- Press Win + R, type %appdata%, and hit Enter.
- Navigate to the Omen Gaming Hub folder and delete any cached files.
- Restart the app and try again.
Check for Windows Updates
- Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update.
- Install all pending updates, as outdated systems can affect app performance.
Run Omen Gaming Hub as Administrator

I've tried everything, but it still didn’t work. I’ve reinstalled the app twice geometry dah apk, and the cleaner and booster still don't respond when I click on them. Is there any other solution?
