Hi!

I'm having this problem: everytime I end a game inside Epic platform, Omen Gaming Hub opens Intel Graphics Command Center. How did I find this? Because the issue only happens when I launch game with Omen Gaming Hub. If I start game directly with Epic platform, the issue doesn't happen.

I have Intel Graphics Command Center disabled in Windows Startup and I'm using only my NVidia card, Intel card is disabled.

This issue is only happening when I start a game of Epic platform with Omen Gaming Hub, other platforms (Riot for example) doesn't have that issue.

Is there anyone who had the same issue and managed to solved it?

Cheers!

Hi @WillSM

I can only recommend that you do not have hybrid mode activated.

Switching Between Modes

  1. Open OMEN Gaming Hub from Start menu or system tray
  2. Navigate to Graphics Switcher in the sidebar
  3. Select your preferred mode:
    • Hybrid for balanced performance
    • Discrete for maximum power
  4. Click Apply and confirm the restart prompt
  5. Save your work and restart immediately

I wrote that I'm using only Nvidia card. intel is disabled, wich means that I'm on discrete mode. I found the reason of the issue:  Booster. In the lists of the processes selected on booster were two associated with IGCC. That means that, even If I've disabled IGCC on Windows startup, Booster was disabling it again everytime a game started and, after ending game, it was restoring everything it disabled, like the IGCC processes, that's why I was getting IGCC popping up after an end game. The strange thing, however, is that it only happened with a game of Epic platform. Playing a game from Riot didn't make the issue, wich makes me think that booster isn't working right. I have booster notification active and I don't have notification when a game starts. So, it seems booster notification is not working. I know that because of the issue with IGCC, caused by booster.
