Microsoft Windows 11

Latley the HP Omen Gaming Hub keeps crashing, getting this message

I tried multiple ways to resolve this issue, reninstalled the app 3 times. I've reset the app multiple times and ran the repair option on the app in the apps and features settings. I don't know if this is a conflict with Windows 11 specifically, I'm running 21h1. I've manually deleted the appdata and programdata to the hp command center thinking it'll resolve the issue. BIOS is up to date, running F.17. All drivers are up to date. Reinstalling the app from the app store appears to do nothing. Is their a proprietary cleanup or repair tool for the Gaming Hub that I could use.

Also, windows 11 has been running quite slow as well.  Regualry do SFC,  regualry scan for viruses, no viruses or malware of any kind. Has all the latest patches, runs on a SSD, 16GB ram. Any other options to increase the performance of the laptop. I run ccleaner which does a much better job than the built in Disk Cleanup Utility, I regulary restart the laptop (if up time is over a few day). Running Restote point had no change in the performacne nor resolved the Omen Gaming Hub error. Ran a disk check, came back with no errors and ran startup repair. Windows has been on the laptop for only a few months since purchase. I rather not have to reninstall windows 11 or downgrade to windows 10 to resolve said issues, nor go through the hastle of running a windows reset keeping all personal files and folders, any other soultions to resolve these issues besides what I mentioned above .

Hi, There is new OMEN Software and SDK package on line, please follow steps below to update/install:

  1. Go to Microsoft Store to update your all OMEN Software, including “OMEN Gaming Hub”, “OMEN Light Studio” or “OMEN Oasis” to the latest.
  2. Execute Windows Update to latest version and all optional updates (especially to install "Realtek - Net - xx.xx.xxx.xxxx"), then restart.
  3. Launch “HP Support Assistant”, check for updates for the “OMEN Gaming Hub SDK Package”. Follow the on-screen instructions to update the app.
  4. In OMEN Gaming Hub, click Update if update message shown in each feature page.
