Try this solution provide by user "RonakVR" in another discussion:
Go to task scheduler and find system optimiser. For me there were 5 files with similar names and two had triggers set at on event - log. Select them go to properties -> triggers - > edit - > set begin the task at log on.
Alongside this, you can also enable and use Microsoft new Xbox Mode and run your games from it. It should also provide the similar or better results without unnecessary background software or processes. Please check the link below for instructions:
((You don't need any controller, you can use Xbox mode perfectly fine with keyboard and mouse)

Thank you for sharing the solution. I just want to clarify whether this solution is related to the specific problem I am facing with OMEN Gaming Hub.
My main issue is with the OMEN Gaming Hub application itself, where some of its functions are not working properly, especially Booster and Cleaner. I also use the app to manage my device settings, such as fan speed and performance optimization.
Could you please explain which particular issue the Task Scheduler method is supposed to fix? Does it help restore the Booster and Cleaner functions in OMEN Gaming Hub, or is it mainly intended to fix the System Optimizer service?
I understand that Xbox Mode can be useful for gaming, but my main concern is fixing the features inside OMEN Gaming Hub rather than finding an alternative gaming interface.
I would appreciate it if you could clarify whether this solution is relevant to my problem before I try it. Thank you for your help.

I can’t check it personally because I gave my HP laptop to my brother, but the solution is in the first paragraph of my comment above which I also shared below. You need to set those tasks to run at logon, use the Find option to locate them.
Solution:
Go to task scheduler and find system optimiser. For me there were 5 files with similar names and two had triggers set at on event - log. Select them go to properties -> triggers - > edit - > set begin the task at log on.
