Hi @chirag1035,

Welcome to The HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I understand you're experiencing an issue with the Omen Gaming Hub application on your HP Omen 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop.

Here are some steps you can try to resolve the issue:

Step 1: Restart Your Computer

Sometimes a simple restart can resolve issues with applications.

  1. Save your work and close all applications.
  2. Restart your computer.
  3. Try opening Omen Gaming Hub and see if the issue persists.

Step 2: Reinstall Omen Gaming Hub

Reinstalling the application can often resolve issues caused by corrupted files or settings.

  1. Open Settings (Press Windows key + I).
  2. Go to Apps > Apps & features.
  3. Find Omen Gaming Hub in the list and select it.
  4. Click Uninstall and follow the prompts to remove the application.
  5. After uninstalling, restart your computer.
  6. Go to the Microsoft Store and reinstall Omen Gaming Hub.

Step 3: Update Your System and Drivers

Ensure that your system and drivers are up to date.

  1. Open Settings (Press Windows key + I).
  2. Go to Update & Security > Windows Update.
  3. Click Check for updates and install any available updates.
  4. Open Device Manager (Press Windows key + X and select Device Manager).
  5. Check for any devices with a yellow exclamation mark and update their drivers.

Step 4: Clear Microsoft Store Cache

Clearing the Microsoft Store cache can resolve issues with app updates.

  1. Press Windows key + R to open the Run dialog.
  2. Type wsreset.exe and press Enter.
  3. A command prompt window will open and close automatically after a few seconds.
  4. The Microsoft Store will open automatically. Try updating Omen Gaming Hub again.

Step 5: Check for Specific Updates in Omen Gaming Hub

Sometimes the update notification in Omen Gaming Hub may refer to a specific component.

  1. Open Omen Gaming Hub.
  2. Go to the Performance tab.
  3. Check if there are any specific updates mentioned (e.g., BIOS, drivers).
  4. Follow the prompts to update those specific components.
