Omen HP Laptop 15-dc0xxx. I cannot use my device after a few hours due to it shutting down randomly at times. This has happened before and after a battery replacement I had done for the device. Sometimes I receive the CMOS error 502 message as a result. I have tried time and again to update the BIOS by running the "sp142023" setup file and installing the new BIOS file, but even running it as an administrator, nothing happens when I run the file.
