OMEN Laptop 15-ek0xxx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just bought a new Omen 15 laptop and did all the updates i could. Still, the Omen Hub doesn't give me the option to undervolt or use the network booster because "it can't find the required HP services" and prompts me to do an update. During the update process the laptop restarts but afterwards the Hub stays the same, repeating the same message. Maybe this option is not available for this laptop? Also I can't find the thermal/fan control.
