Hi! I apologize if this isn't posted in the correct area or if this has been asked many times, but I have to know. I recently found out that you can change the color of your OMEN laptops backlit keyboard color. I downloaded the necessary proper software and it didn't change the color, it's still red. I also read that it may not work for OMEN 17 laptops and only the 15, and I have the 15 and it doesn't work? Please help ❤️

Does your machine have 4-zone colors keyboard with Lighting option under OCC ?

If not then you can't.

Why not though? I was under the impression that my laptops model would have RGB, not just red.

Does it have 4-zone colors keyboard or not ? Note: Not all machines are the same even from SAME series.

Oh my gosh I'm so sorry. It doesn't even have a lighting option, or a "performance control" option like yours does. 😞
