hello everyone,
i was about buy new laptop from hp, the laptop is omen 15 en1029ax that using ryzen 7 5800H and nvidia rtx3060 with 6gb vram, 16 gb ram, 1TB ssd nvme, i just want to ask, is this a problem or its normal, i was buy this laptop 3 days ago and on the first day i notice the laptop is having high cpu temp like 60-80 celcius when i about open 6-8 chrome tabs,my minimum temp on cpu is 54 celcius when idle that i dont open any apps but when i see on youtube video or some review of this laptop, the minimum temp can just 40-50 celcius but why my minimum temp only just 54 celcius and not 40 celcius? and i want to ask why when i play remnant from the ashes that i play with plugged. my battery from 100% going draining to 57% i was playing about 2 hours with medium settting and when i notice that i stop playing remnant but i think if i keeping play remnant it will going to 0% battery. 
so is this normal? or my produck having some issues? sorry for my english i hope you guys understand what am i saying

Regarding the battery life, decrease while gaming, can you check what is your BIOS version you have installed on your unit please?
