Omen 15
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an issue where the Omen laptop will not register touchpad inputs while pressing a keyboard key.  This is a problem with a gaming laptop as both need to be used concurrently.

My problem is occuring while playing World of Warcraft, but I am not sure if this is a laptop issue or WoW issue.  I do not have an other WASD games to test this with.

Also, I would like a way to disable vent LED separately, but that is outside the scope of this post.

There's a checkbox in Omen Control under the advaced tab to enable the touchpad while typing. It's unchecked by default.

Thank you. I would imagine this feature would work the other way around, assuming you would want to disable it. I really would have returned the laptop if there was not a way to change this.
