Microsoft Windows 11

Hi,

i have a brand new omen notebook, and iam having an issue.

I have almost all the port plugged to my device (see pictures).

connectionsconnections

when i turn off the pc, i also unplug the power supply (via smart plug)

after a while the pc is off (1/2 days), at the startup i can see the battery has been greatly used (30% day).

after some tests, i get to the conclusion that usb C port is always powered, even if i disabled any settings via bios.

is this a bug, or am i missing something?

Yes, you can turn off them from Device Manager for example:

Regards.

thanks, but i dont think this may be the solution...

first of all, all my usb root hubs already have that check.

secondly, this is not OS dependant, cos this behaviour happends when the pc is totaly shutted down.

i had not this issue with my previous omen notebook.
