Hello,
I currently own the very base model of the HP Omen. I7 7700k, GTX 1050, 8gb of ram, with a 1080p screen, and a 1TB HHD. I plan on giving it 32gb of ram and a new HDD and SSD. I was curious if I could upgrade to a 4k screen if possible? As I figured out that the 1080p isn't terrible, however, I love my grahics so it would be amazing if I could manage to get a 4k upgrade.
Thank You

Your machine is an Omen HP 15-ce011dx, its specs
https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c05573959
It has
Intel® Core™ i7-7700HQ (2.8 GHz base frequency, up to 3.8 GHz with Intel® Turbo Boost Technology, 6 MB cache, 4 cores)
It suppots the following RAM configurations
16384 GB (8192 GB × 2)
12288 GB (8192 GB × 1 + 4096 GB × 1)
8192 GB (8192 GB × 1)
8192 GB (4096 GB × 2)
6144 GB (4096 GB × 1 + 2048 GB × 1)
4096 GB (4096 GB × 1)
Your machine currently has 8GB on one slot, the best option is to install same 1 piece of 8GB of RAM on the second slot. Page 1 gives you few options for storage and page 76 of the following manual shows you few options for screen
http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c05819688.pdf
That would be a very, very, very expensive upgrade.
Regards.

The question about the 4k screen replacement...
"I was curious if I could upgrade to a 4k screen if possible? "
No, the connector will be different. Besides, the GTX 1050 would not be able to keep up with 4k gaming.
Only the models with a GTX 1060/1070 come with 4k.
You can add ram and change drives as banhien pointed out, but thats it.
