Omen centre dont work

Hello, i just bought new omen gaming loptop, and i have issue with omen commanding centre it dosnt work, i try reinstall update app, and when i press it its dosnt pop up, even when i press on keyboard near numlock its dosnt show up.

First, make sure to manually check for Windows updates until there are none left.

Then install this update...

ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/caps-softpaq/Omen/HPOMENDriverCriticalUpdate.exe

See if it works now.

i just updated fully my windows no more updates pop up, installed your app and it dosnt show up when i press it, even button dont work...
I turn on task manager it show its running but nothing happening

Did you install from microsoft?

I hear its been an issue lately. You can contact hP Support also for warranty issue. They might know something more that I dont.

yes, i installed and uninstalled and install new one nothing happen, in task manger its show its working but nothing pop on screen.

can i donwload omen cc install not from microsoft store?

unfortunately no and your system is having a very odd glitch. Thats why I say to contact HP Support and tell them what is going on. Their update didnt work.

For me, the Omen Command Centre sometimes shows negative values.

Example : CPU Usage -1% & Temperature -1°C
