Omen 15-dc0084
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After a few recent windows updates the command center now only shows the game stream option whereas it used to show all the options before and the HP audio switch just doesnt work properly.

The bang and olufsen experience part is greyed out and the menu wont just launch if any external audio device is connected be it wired headphones or bluetooth speakers.The speakers also start out normal but as the audio progresses(usually after 5 secs) they just become tinier even at full volume.

@Zeigr

I just helped someone else go through something similar.

First thing for you is to make sure Omen Command Center is up to date.

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/p/omen-command-center/9nqdw009t0t5?activetab=pivot:overviewtab

Then you will need to do all your driver updates. " Wait to do the BIOS till last, If needed"???

Do all the Windows 10 (1803) updates that apply to you!!!

You will notice under Chipset there is an Intel Thunderbolt update.

Check to see if any of these apply to you??

So i updated Omen command center but nothing changed except the ver no. its now 6.3.2 instead of 6.2.3 and it still only shows game stream and nothing else.

I will do all the updates that apply to me and then post an update id that helps.

Thanks for the quick response.
