Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have omen command center stuck at the screen with fan control!
At the screenshot program is stuck, then closing.
I've updated everything, bios, drivers and etc.

And I can't see uploaded screenshot... Hp, Is there anything that works fine of your products???

Thanks for the answer, but how long to wait? For 2 months I have not been able to turn on sufficient cooling... Or tell me please, how can I regulate the cooling power without your software?

I bought a laptop for 2k dollars and got a crooked screen assembly, not a soldered slot for the second m2 bar, throttling right from the beginning, and now I still can't use the most common functions and see huge temperatures...

After 2 months fixed via support help. Much thanks to Waley, he studied my problem thoroughly and helped me.
I spam to the support about 10 or more times! And finally answered me.
The problem was with sql server installed in my laptop, so conflict between 2 programs.

HP, I will never buy your product again! Laptop physical problems, software problems. Your prices are lower, but because of this, the quality is also lower!
