Omen command center key not working

Hello, so when i press my command center key it just doesn't do anything, i can access and use the command center perfectly fine but i want to know if there's a way of fixing the key on the keyboard to access it .

It would be helpful to always post what your Product ID number is so we know which Omen you have... 😉

Its been an on going issue and I have not found any valid fix so far. Ive heard to reinstall the OCC app several times until it works. But to me, this is not a valid fix.

I would encourage you all who have this problem to open the OCC and click on the Feedback button down on the bottom of the window. Report what is happening. It will get to the software team faster than what I can report.

I already have reinstalled it multiple times and still not working. I have just sent them an email on the feedback page, so will wait and see what they say. Will post what they say on here.
