Did you go to Windows update and security and manually make it search for updates yet?
Most of the time, that's all it takes. Windows has some files it adds.
Then go to HP Support Assistant and search for updates also.
Bios should be version F.08. sp95163.exe
Then if no joy, uninstall the OCC and reinstall from the MS Store.
At the moment, its version 7.5.1.0
Get OMEN Command Center - Microsoft Store
Did you also try the instructions on the other thread you responded on?
Go to Services and make sure the HP Omen HSA is enabled...
Go to Device Manager... Type Device Manager in Search and hit the Enter key.
Scroll to Software Components and expand the arrow.
Right-click HP Software and Services, and then click Properties.
Navigate to the Driver tab and click Update Driver.
Do the same for Omen Software and Services.
Restart the OCC and see if anything happens.
That is all the information I have to give. If it doesnt work still, You would do best to contact HP Support directly for a warranty issue. It will get reported faster than asking on the forum.
