Product: HP Omen 15 - DC0014NQ
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I got an HP Omen 15 - DC0014NQ series and I can't use the Omen Command Center. Is not downloading from the Microsoft Store. I've downloaded the Omen sdk app from HP Support too and it's not working too.. Can anyone help me with this problem? When I press my Omen button from keyboard says "You will need a new app to open this"

Hello @Mrco 

 

I see that your system came with only FreeDos, so you installed Windows yourself, correct?

What version did you install?

 

IF you have Windows 10 Home 1809, you need to manually update windows from All  Settings > Update and Security. Force it to check for updates untill there are no more.

Then install the latest version of the HP Support Assistant.

Manually check for updates from there too.

 

Make sure your bios is version F.07. If its not, here is the installer...

sp92404.exe

 

Then try installing the OCC again from the Windows store.

Get OMEN Command Center - Microsoft Store
