Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Why in my Omen command center doesn't appear the three options for the performance control? . I only have the option fo the default and confort, i do not have the performance which  is the one you use when you want to you the computer for gaming.

What can I do to have this option or to make the fans to faster so the computer doesn't overheat?

Not all machines have this option/feature. Please check your machine on the following list
