I just updated my laptop from HP software, and they are required to update bios, i update the latest version, and whem i open my command centre, there is no performance settings, and network booster, before that i can adjust that and my backlit after i do some updates only game stream tabs available, i already try to redownload oman centre , and download some solution that given on this forum , but still cant adjust my backlit, help me pls

Let's try these steps -
1) In the search box, type and open "Uninstall a Program".
2) Look for "Omen Command Center".
3) Right-click to uninstall.
4) Restart the computer.
5) Install the "Omen Command Center" from this link.

STILL NOTHING HAPPEN , after i download the software , uninstall occ , and install the software , they ask restart and i do that, after that nothing happen...
i key omen command centre on start menu theres nothing happen. i try to make restore point its take 6 hours more and still working , so i force stop my laptop...
i just bought my laptop 1 weeks a go, the warranty stil 12 month, i updated what they want to update..
and this happen
i hope i didnt regret my decision to buy hp laptop, contact me at hasbyjoker@gmail.com quickly i hate this problem, there are another problem that im dealing with hp but i want this solved first

Thanks for getting back to us. Appreciate you trying the steps.
Let's try creating a new user account -
1) Tap the Windows icon.
2) Select Settings.
3) Tap Accounts.
4) Select Family & other users.
5) Tap "Add someone else to this PC."
6) Select "I don't have this person's sign-in information."
7) Select "Add a user without a Microsoft account."
😎 Enter a username, type the account's password twice, enter a clue and select Next.
9) Tap the Windows icon.
10) Select the User icon at the upper left corner of the Start menu.
11) Select the new user. You'll then sign into your account with your password from step 8.

hi
i thanks for answering my problem , i have tried your sollution still nothing change
and the picture above is my new user and still cant do nothing with my occ
i dont know how to solve it
last update , they do something with my bios automatically , i dont know i dont see it exactly but there is a process in my bios..
how should i do again to solve this problem? i buy this laptop 2 weeks a go

yess , the problem is i have to reset my windows, and its works the tabs show again , and when its finish i try to update any important updates in hp support assistant , i update
- Intel Wlan Driver for Windows 10
- Intel Chipset Installation Utility Driver
- HP System Event Utility
- HP PC Hardware Diagnostic UEFI
- HP Connection Optimizer
thos number 1 and 2 i think is the cause of the tabs is missing
because after i update number 3,4,5 i open occ and its still there
after i update number 1 and 2 they gone.
why HP update is being problem, now i have to re install my windows again...
