Can you be more accurate with the model number?
The Omen Command Center is available for the 17-AN, 15-CE and 17-AP (Omen X) series.
The 17-AN and 15-CE series Command Center has limited ability.
The 17 AP (Omen X) series Command Center has full capability.
The older 17-W and 15-AX series does not have a Command Center.
