Omen control not working

HP Recommended
HP OMEN laptop 2019
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

when i try to open HPOMENCont.exe it returns this error

the error said "The code execution cannot proceed because SynCom.DLL was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem"

Please use Windows Store

 

(a) Search for Omen Command Center,

(b) Click Upgate (the button is hidden next to Launch button)
