OMEN 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-b1000 (4Z7T3AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

I have an HP Omen 16-b1000 but when I play at age of empire, the game crashes without any reason and the Omen Gaming Hub becomes black. The game crashes at any time in the game and it's not a problem of performance, It looks like the game is not recognized as a game but it is named reliccardinal instead.

That is a common issue and happens to be a bug in the game software.

Reliccardinal is the name of exe file of the game's software.
Relic software is the name of the Gaming company.

Hello, I looked on their forum and did what they say but it didn't work.

I didn't know until now but every game that I play crash except rocket league, league of legend, valorant, minecraft.

I try to play Age of empire, Control and first class trouble but they crash after a few time of gameplay that seems totaly random. Except for control where it faster, the error for this game is "nativebufferallocator lockbuffer staging buffer map due to removed device".

Are you by chance, overclocking with the app?

Have you tried reducing the resolution?

Have you tried reinstalling the GPU driver software?
